What the system records automatically
Alongside each request the system stores the enquiry type, the product or service that prompted it, the source page address, the language used, the date and time, and a unique reference identifier.
How the data is used
Data is used exclusively to answer the commercial enquiry and to follow up the relationship with CHACO MARKT. It is not used for third-party advertising and it is not sold.
Who has access
Only the internal CHACO MARKT team. Associate companies whose offer appears in the catalogue do not automatically receive the enquirer's data: all commercial handling goes through CHACO MARKT.
Consent
Submitting the form requires explicitly accepting this notice. Without that consent the request is not registered.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to CHACO MARKT quoting your request reference.
